The Office of Refugee Resettlement (ORR) invites the submission of applications for funding, on a competitive basis, to connect newcomer refugees and their communities with community resources. The objective of this program is to strengthen organized ethnic communities comprised and representative of refugee populations to ensure ongoing support and services to refugees after initial resettlement. An applicant may submit more than one application under this announcement. The Ceiling on Amount of Individual Awards remains at $200,000 for FY 09. The modification also announces the implementation of the ACF-OGM-SF-PPR for performance progress reports on all awards in FY 2009 (new and continuation).
