Learn and Serve Texas Grant

Deadline: October 26, 2010

Service Learning Texas is able to offer another round of funding for the Learn and Serve Texas Grant. This grant competition is open to public school districts, open enrollment charter schools, and shared services arrangements (SSAs) of public school districts and education service centers in Texas. As with the current Learn and Serve Texas grant, this competition will support service-learning within one or more school districts and will address the goals and objectives listed on the Service Learning Texas site.

Please note the following important dates:

· September 27 – Webinar on the Learn and Serve Texas grant (to register, please send an email to isela@servicelearningtexas.org)

· October 1 – Notice of Intent requested

· October 26 – Applications due

· December 1 – Start of grant period
